Project: My own lifestyle!

Being healthy should be part of your lifestyle. 

Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent  diseases. It also helps you acquire a state of relaxation, avoid mood changes, improve self-esteem, and attain a state of personal satisfaction.

I started working out in the morningI won’t say that exercise changed my life rather i would prefer saying that it gave me a new life.Yes, a lifestyle that changed my views towards my life. After a few months, I started to see my physique change and I became excited  I learned one thing Consistancy is the key to success and Discipline is required if you want spectacular results.



TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Drink more water

Eat fruits and vegetables

Make sure to eat enough protein

Get enough sleep

Meditate

Pick exercises that you enjoy.

As you get more fit, add new types of workouts to your routine.

Healthy  food

Fruits and vegetables are among the most important foods for giving us enough vitamins, minerals and fibre. We should try to eat at least 5 servings a day. For example, a glass of fresh fruit juice at breakfast, perhaps an apple and a piece of watermelon as snacks, and a good portion of different vegetables at each meal.




Goals give you focus and a sense of purpose in life . They allow you to measure your progress from the past to the present and where you would like to be in the future.
